Method of Shipment: Freight is calculated during checkout. Shipments under 5 lbs ship via USPS, while shipments exceeding this weight ship via UPS. Availability & Back-Orders: Products temporarily out of stock will be backordered and shipped at earliest opportunity.
Shortages and Damages: Orders are quality inspected before shipment to ensure that merchandise ships in pristine condition. Please inspect all goods upon receipt for damage. All claims for damages or shortages must be made to Outback Trading Shack within 5 days of receipt. Claims for damages arising from transit must be submitted to the transport company within 5 days of receipt.
Returns: All return request must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Returns must be authorized by Outback Trading Shack prior to return, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be in good, resalable condition as defined by Outback Trading Shack. A return authorization number will be provided by Outback Trading Shack for all returns, while return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Delivery Time: Typically shipping time is between 2-5 business days. Customer orders paid by check will be shipped after valid check has cleared.
